Stay Norwich Apartments cancellation policy related to Coronavirus? While the UK government is frequently changing the restrictions in different areas around the country in line with an outbreak. You may be able to cancel with a full refund one day before check-in, due to the circumstances related to Coronavirus. However, with this in mind, we recommend and have put restrictions in place so that people cannot book and hold minimum nights (2 - 5) fare in advance as the future is uncertain. We recommend arranging bookings about two or three weeks ahead only. Our booking system is not open for booking less than a week for fare out bookings. Booking with-in three weeks can book 2 - 3 nights stay. This is to ensure our regular long stay guests (booking a week or more) can book their desired dates. We must have received full payment, before check-in. Without full payment, your booking can be canceled. Parking is not always inclusive of the bedroom tariff, please check at the time of your booking. Any accidental damage or breakages will be charged to the client even if someone in their group had coursed it. We do not accept a booking from those wishing to use the apartment to entertain clients for financial gain. If such action is noted we will ask guests to leave without a refund. All apartments non-smoking and have external CCTV for security purposes.
